All orders will be shipped out from The Netherlands. Detailed shipping information including tracking numbers will be sent out via e-mail after the shipment is handed over to the carrier. Please note that shipping rates may vary depending on location and carrier. See shipping rates below:

Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of Mirakaza's influence shipping time may vary. Mirakaza can not be held liable for any delays that may occur, as well as possible damages that are inflicted while goods are in possession of carriers. If in the unfortunate circumstance that your goods become damaged please contact us, in some cases Mirakaza can offer support. 

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges/refunds can be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. Please note that the returned must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging included.

The costs of return postage will only be refunded in case the product is faulty/incorrect. International returns initiated due to refusal/failure to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a €30 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
